122: Older, Not Wiser

TED 122 Birthday

It’s Rick’s birthday week and he has decided this year he would like to spend it in a mask standing 6 feet away from people. Lucky him! We prepare for our first Live Zoom Hangout and Rick announces he doesn’t like people who constantly live in the past. Which doesn’t seem to sit well with Cheri. Our Live Beer Review is Nights Like These Irish Dry Stout by Birds Fly South Ale Project.

121: Birthday Hangout!

This week we plan our very first LIVE Zoom hangout! It will happen on the day before Rick’s birthday, Sunday, April 26 at 8PM EST. Come hang out with us! Bring a beverage and play a round of “Would You Rather”. It’ll be a fun time! (Watch our Facebook page for details). This week, Rick witnesses a hit and run and we check and see how the Missed Connection crowd is hooking up during quarantine. This week’s Live Beer Review is Levitate Forethought Beer.

119: Quarantine Playlist

119 Quarantine Playlist

Say goodbye to March everyone. Hopefully April is much more cheerful. In this episode, Rick gets scolded by a Walmart employee for not maintaining social distance. Cheri hasn’t seen Tiger King yet and Rick tells her why she may not want to. Rick decides to dump Facebook. Cheri and Rick compile their own Quarantine Playlist which you’ll soon be able to listen to on Spotify. Our Live Beer Review is 420 Stain Insane OG by SweetWater Brewery

118: Sexy Euphemisms

Cheri and Rick work on perfecting their social distancing while still podcasting. Rick wonders about the next pandemic. Cheri tries to keep social distance while her dog runs loose around the neighborhood. Rick discovers an unfair and unbalanced situation in the realm of sexual genitalia euphemisms (Hey, you gotta think of something when quarantined). Our Live Beer Review is Unfiltered Wheat Beer by Boulevard Brewing Company.

109: Nasty Meat

TED 109 Nasty Meat

After seeing a commercial for “plant-based butter” Cheri and Rick decide to put the stuff to a taste test and see if it is, in fact, edible. Rick wants to know the nastiest thing Cheri has ever eaten. Cheri discusses why it is possible to light farts and then can’t stop talking about farts. Rick wonders if adults on a first date have an automatic anticipation of sex. This week’s Live Beer Review is D9 Brewing Company’s Superstitious Pigeons.
